Natalie improves.
Having been a lifelong mentor for athletes, college students, and small nonprofits, it came naturally that Natalie’s next steps were to take on an organization, improving the team that makes Mighty Citizen.
Natalie graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Marketing (Go Beavs!). Ultimately, her love of leading teams, mentoring, being human-centric, and caring deeply about the communities around her led to her career in the higher education and nonprofit space.
The majority of her career has been with a national women’s nonprofit, supporting college students across the country. After a few years in account management, Natalie began to see the power of collecting and utilizing data and process efficiencies to further organizational development.
Drawn to Mighty Citizen’s approachability & expertise, Natalie joined the Client Services department as a Project Manager. In her day-to-day duties, she takes complex situations and makes them digestible for those involved to support teams in creating impactful and collaborative projects.
From hiking, snowboarding, and yoga to continuing to cheer on her high school and college alma maters, you can often catch Natalie staying up to date on the latest sporting event. Natalie also stays active as a national volunteer for Kappa Delta Sorority, where she continues to develop relationships and support welcoming and safe campus spaces.
