As a Client Support Manager, Caroline specializes in supporting clients in the post-project phase. She works with our clients on everything from maintenance needs to bug fixes and serves as a great first point of contact for a wide breadth of expertise. Eager to collaborate with Mighty Citizen’s development team, she also boasts technical coding skills and is always open to diving into something new.
Prior to joining the Mighty Citizen team, Caroline’s diverse work background is rooted in event and travel planning, account management, and hands-on start-up work. She thrives in building relationships—whether that be with donors, board members, or clients (or any animal that crosses her path)—and always has an eye for appreciating diversity, acquiring new perspectives, and exploring new skills.
When she’s not spoiling her cat Leopold (or Leo, if you’re cool enough), Caroline can be found with her nose in a political biography, listening to podcasts, or otherwise taking after Leslie Knope.
