Nicole connects.
With organizations. With ideas. With people.
In fact, Nicole’s entire career has pursued a simple principle: You get by with a little help from your friends … and experts … and creatives … and designers … and builders.
When you meet Nicole, the first thing you’ll notice is her warmth. She’s curious, a deep thinker.
She understands that mission-focused organizations do more to improve life than most people realize. These organizations deserve the smartest support we can give. That’s why, in her role as Client Engagement Director, Nicole’s focus is introducing the world to Mighty Citizen.
Before joining the Citizenry, Nicole served as Director of Business Development at Naylor and BrightKey—both major players in the association sector. She worked closely with countless groups, including:
- American Society of Association Executives
- Water Environment Federation
- National Wildlife Federation
- National Association of Social Workers
- Meals on Wheels
Nicole’s network runs deep.
She’s also served in a number of volunteer roles for the ASAE, including their Industry Partner Alliance and Communications committees.
Nicole understands the challenges organizations face every day. And thanks to her experience and collaborative approach—along with her CAE Certification—she knows how to solve them.
Nicole resides in the Washington D.C. metro area. Her three kids—Kayla, Angelina, and Alex—and their Siberian forest cat, Rob Thomas, are her greatest joy. If you ever get the pleasure of meeting Nicole, you’re certain to hear a song or a story (or both).
Nicole currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
