Dan is curious.
Despite having a background in Advertising, Dan dedicated much of the 2010s to teaching English and managing bilingualism initiatives in Spain, Thailand, Colombia, and Spain (again). After having lived in those places he concluded two things: (1) The most rewarding work involves helping people achieve long-term success, and (2) Chicago-style deep dish pizza is in fact the best food in the world.
As Senior Client Support Manager at Mighty Citizen, Dan makes sure that clients have a point person throughout the life of their newly-built website. Work with developers on speedy bug fixes? Dan does that. Train users how to best manage their content? Dan does that too. Help you add that new feature before this year’s conference? You got it, and with time to spare.
When he’s not troubleshooting in content management systems or brainstorming with clients on a call, Dan enjoys hiking with his dogs in the Pacific Northwest, writing about himself in the third person, and hunting for the perfect cup of coffee at 50s-themed diners.
