A content strategy is more than just an editorial calendar. It’s an all-encompassing roadmap guiding your association to meet members’ needs best and solve their problems— and at the same time, it needs to fulfill the over-arching goals and priorities of the organization.
But how do you know what content you should create and why? Where should you source ideas, and how much is too much (or too little)? Where should you publish it? Who should be involved in the process? How do you govern all of the million decisions about what messages you put into the world?
In this session, attendees will discover how to develop your association’s annual content strategy, including tips and considerations for fostering a culture of content at your organization with buy-in, support, and alignment across all departments.
